Highlands County is seeking a contractor to provide full construction of a new four-bay fire station with living quarters. The successful bidder shall be responsible for providing all materials, equipment, and labor for performing all work necessary and as required by all contract documents. The principal features of this project include site development, septic installation, full construction of new structure to include erection of a preengineered metal building, implementation of paved parking area, sidewalk installation, irrigation and landscape improvements.
