  MANDATORY Pre-Bid Conferences will be held April 4, 2018 and April 5, 2018 at 9:00 a.m., at the Hernando County Department of Public Works, 1525 East Jefferson Street, Brooksville, FL 34601.  Representatives of Owner will be present to discuss the project.  Bidders are REQUIRED to attend and participate in one (1) of the conferences.   THESE CONFERENCES WILL BE HELD ON THE DATES LISTED ABOVE.  FAILURE TO ATTEND AND SIGN IN AT ONE OF THE MEETINGS SHALL DISQUALIFY ANY BIDDER NOT ATTENDING FROM SUBMITTING A BID.  ATTENDEES MUST BE PRESENT AT THE START OF THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE.  ARRIVAL AFTER THE START OF THE PRE-BID CONFERENCE SHALL BE CAUSE FOR DISQUALIFICATION.
