Provide engineering, architectural design, and as construction monitoring for Fire Rescue Station 5, which will be located at the southwest corner of Spring Hill Dr. and Melville Ave., Spring Hill, FL. The design for Station No. Five (5) shall consist of an occupied building with four (4) bays for fire rescue equipment. Building engineering and design shall be consistent and in accordance with the Florida Building Code, Section 1620, High-Velocity Hurricane Zones-Wind Loads, Risk Category II and IV Buildings and Structures.
