19-R00110/PH - Architectural and Engineering Services for the Judicial Renovations

The Hernando County Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) is soliciting Statements of Interest and Qualifications from qualified firms to provide comprehensive Architectural with Engineering Services to assist the BOCC in performing design, permitting, remodeling and construction management for the proposed Judicial Security Upgrades and Entrance Improvement Project.
 
The preliminary designs created by Mason Blau & Associates (Architectural Firm) and Cardno (Engineering Firm) are approximately ten percent (10%) complete.  These reports and drawings have been approved by the Administrative Judge and will be the basis of which the construction plans are created.  The approved drawings and reports will be available for review at the Mandatory Pre-Submittal meeting.  Due to the sensitive nature of these drawings, they cannot be furnished with this RFQ document.
