The Escambia County School District (the District) is soliciting proposals for a five (5) year agreementfor travel agency services as needed for District employees. The initial term shall begin upon SchoolBoard approval on January 21, 2026 through January 20, 2027 with four (4) one-year renewal periods.Either party can cancel the contract without reason at the end of each contract year. Cancellation mustbe in writing and received ninety (90) calendar days prior to the end of each contract year. Silencefrom both parties will be considered as acceptance for another contract year at the same terms andconditions. All pricing/rate schedules proposed herein shall be firm through the first year of the contract.For successive renewal year(s), adjustments to pricing will be negotiable and must be submitted inwriting with supporting documentation to the Procurement Department by October 1 of every year tobecome effective, if approved, on the anniversary date of the contract January 21.
