Summary of Specifications:
The District currently has an agreement for chips and snack items. The purpose of this RFP is to purchase chips in smaller pack sizes. The delivery period will begin upon approval by the Escambia County School District (ECSD) and continue through July 31, 2009 for the first agreement year; with four one-year renewal options thereafter, beginning August 1 and ending July 31 of each successive agreement year. Products are delivered directly to individual cafeterias. Upon acceptance of your proposal by the Escambia County School District, this document becomes the contract for these goods and services.
