The City of Zephyrhills is soliciting bids for a contractor to renovate the kitchen and surrounding areas at the station based on the plans. The work entails demolition, exterior and interior block changes, upgrading HVAC, electrical, walls, cabinets and counter tops. This project will be in two phases. The first phase is to include changes to HVAC, electrical and walls. Phase Two will include cabinets and counter tops.

Units and installation shall comply with all applicable 2017 Sixth Edition Building Codes and City of Zephyrhills permit and inspection requirements.
