THE PURPOSE OF THIS SOLICITATION IS TO ESTABLISH A CONTRACT FOR ONE TIME INSTALLATION OF PICKET FENCES AND CHAIN LINK FENCES AT THELMA GIBSON HERITAGE GARDENS.
FAILURE TO COMPLETE, SIGN, AND UPLOAD THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS WILL RENDER YOUR BID NON-RESPONSIVE:
1. CERTIFICATION STATEMENT;
2. CERTIFICATION SECTION, INCLUSIVE OF REFERENCES;
3. ATTACHMENT A-BID PRICE SHEET;
4. ATTACHMENT B-ANTI-HUMAN TRAFFICKING AFFIDAVIT (MUST BE NOTARIZED); AND
5. ATTACHMENT E-CERTIFICATION REGARDING LOBBYING FORM.
ALL UPLOADS SHALL BE IN THE PDF FILE FORMAT. NO OTHER FILE FORMAT WILL BE ACCEPTED BY THE CITY.
