A discussion of the requirements of the Solicitation will occur at that time. Each potential Bidder is required, prior to submitting a Proposal, to acquaint itself thoroughly with any and all conditions and/or requirements that may in any manner affect the work to be performed. All questions and answers affecting the scope of work/specifications of the IFB will be included in an addendum that will be distributed through BidNet Direct, following the Pre-Proposal Conference to all the attendees. Because the City considers the Pre-Proposal Conference to be critical to understanding the Solicitation requirements, attendance is highly recommended.
