The SEOPW CRA is seeking to procure a qualified and experienced CMAR firm to provide pre-construction services and, if applicable, construction services for Crown Overtown – the NW 9th Street Transformation. The selected CMAR firm shall have at a minimum, a proven track record of experience in building public outdoor spaces and streetscape improvements similar to the projected Crown Overtown. SEOPW CRA will value highly a CMAR firm that is a leader in the construction industry and has the experience of building successful and functional public spaces under a CMAR model.

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
