The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide construction services for the City's Public Works Department, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation To Bid (ITB). This project is located at Victoria Park Neighborhood, in the City of Fort Lauderdale. The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, stormwater infrastructure removal and installation, water main relocation, cured in place pipe (CIPP) lining, pavement restoration and installation, pump station installation, installation of a new sheet pile seawall with a concrete cap and outfall pipe penetrations, landscaping removal and installation, tree removal and installation, swale restoration and installation, and Maintenance of Traffic (MOT).

The Procurement Services Division has “GONE LIVE” with a new supplier registration and strategic sourcing system.

The Procurement Services Division has implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP System is INFOR. As an enterprise system, one of the various modules is the Supplier Portal.

The Supplier Portal is the gateway that allows for the City and Suppliers to connect and conduct business. The Supplier Portal is a one-stop electronic commerce exchange enabling suppliers interested in conducting business with the City to register as a supplier, respond to sourcing events/solicitations, and update their supplier information at any time.

***NOTE***

All current and future suppliers must now register in INFOR to receive electronic notifications of sourcing events/solicitations, such as an informal quote, Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, or Request for Qualifications. All current and new suppliers must register in the Infor system immediately.
