522 - Event 522 - Step 1 - Design Build Svcs for Fire Station #13 and EMS #88

The City of Fort Lauderdale, FL (“City”) has issued this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to pre-qualify one or more single entities (“Firm” or “Proposer” or “Design-Build Firm (DBF)”) for the design, permitting, construction, testing and startup of the Fire Rescue Station #13 facility, located at 2871 East Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33301 and Emergency Medical Station #88 facility located at 507 SE 11th Court, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316, for the City of Fort Lauderdale. This Request for Qualifications represents Step 1 of a two-step procurement process to select a Design-Build firm (or firms) for the Fire Station #13 and Emergency Medical Station #88 projects. The purpose of this RFQ is to identify and prequalify the most highly qualified Design-Build entities based on demonstrated experience, technical capabilities, financial strength, and overall qualifications relevant to the successful delivery of the project
