The purpose of this ITB is to solicit bids from qualified Contractors to provide a turnkey emergency sandbag operation (inclusive of for example but not limited to sandbags, all labor, transportation, equipment, materials, supplies and staff) for sandbag distribution services during declared emergency events, to support emergency response and flood mitigation efforts. Contractor must bid on all items. Partial bids will not be considered.

The Procurement Services Division has implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP System is INFOR. As an enterprise system, one of the various modules is the Supplier Portal.
The Supplier Portal is the gateway that allows for the City and Suppliers to connect and conduct business. The Supplier Portal is a one-stop electronic commerce exchange enabling suppliers interested in conducting business with the City to register as a supplier, respond to sourcing events/solicitations, and update their supplier information at any time.
***NOTE***
All current and future suppliers must now register in INFOR to receive electronic notifications of sourcing events/solicitations, such as an informal quote, Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, or Request for Qualifications. All current and new suppliers must register in the Infor system immediately.
