RFP-DPW-2026-0002 - Road Milling and Resurface

Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, permits, MOT, and incidentals to mill and overlay with two (2) inches of asphalt, replace striping/stop bars to existing patterns, and coordinate access with residents and businesses. Contractor is responsible for field verification of all lengths/widths and materials; provide advance notices and maintain access. Construction time: 120 days from NTP.
