This notice is being published in accordance with the City of Brooksville Procurement Manual and §287.057 (3) (c), Florida Statute (2024) requiring posting of information for proposed contract actions. This is a notice of intent to make a non-competitive, sole source purchase and is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals. It is the intent of the City of Brooksville to make a Sole Source purchase as follows:
Intended Contract Award: Ferguson Waterworks
Purpose: Neptune Meters and Registers
Total Purchase: $78,230.50
Neptune is the current brand of meters and registers utilized throughout the City of Brooksville. Ferguson Waterworks, Inc., is the sole source of these products in the state of Florida.
The City of Brooksville hereby requests that prospective vendors provide information regarding their ability to supply the commodities or contractual services described herein and attached hereto:
