The Contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, and equipment as necessary to provide complete service to install, repair, or replace traffic signalization, communication, street lighting, and street signage equipment; as specified herein. Term: The initial term of the contract will be for three (3) years. This contract agreement may be renewed at the same terms and conditions, by mutual agreement and subject to budgetary constraints, for two (2) additional one (1) year extension periods.
