The Palm Avenue Parking Garage in Sarasota is a six-story garage with 743 parking spaces. The rehabilitation project will be completed in three phases over an approximate period of 5-7 years This solicitation will be for Phase II which include restoration and repairs to traffic topping, painting of traffic markings, concrete sealants, and other safety and structural repairs. Phase I encompassed structural repairs, waterproofing, drainage repairs, barrier cable repairs, sealing cracks in floors and walls, and repairs to expansion joints and was completed the end of 2022.
