25-26MC - City Hall Restroom Renovations

The project involves complete renovation of the first and second-floor restrooms at Sarasota City Hall. This includes the removal and replacement of existing mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems. Work will include, but is not limited to, the replacement of mechanical devices, plumbing piping, plumbing fixtures, electrical devices, and fire alarm components. Specifically, the existing sanitary line on the first floor will be removed and replaced, extending to the exterior manhole. The new sanitary line will be directionally bored through the existing City Hall lobby to minimize any damage to the lobby’s finish tile. Architectural work will involve the removal of all current wall and ceiling finishes. New wall and floor tiles will be installed, and the ceiling in the restrooms will be replaced with a new system. Toilet partitions and restroom fixtures will be removed and replaced with new units.
