New 13,428 Gross Square Foot facility w/parking, landscape & exterior paved walkways. Facility functional spaces include office, multifunction spaces, storage for water-based equipment, i.e., rental and storage of kayaks, rowing shells and paddleboards.
Infrastructure includes fire protection, mechanical, electrical, communications, audio-visual systems. Site development to include new access road w/parking, paved entrance points for loading and personnel access.
Stormwater management - expansion and reconfiguration of existing site utilities, including stormwater - is also included.
Specifications and contract documents (Project Manual) are open to public inspection in the Pensacola Public Library located at 239 N. Spring Street. Bidding documents are available at the City website at http://www.cityofpensacola.com/bids. Registered plan holders who attend the pre-bid conference will be notified of bid or project addenda. Any addenda issued will be made available on the City’s website. Interested bidders are advised to check the site frequently.
