Description

The objective of the City is to secure the most efficient and effective Banking and Procurement Card services while maintaining sufficient liquidity and protection of all the funds entrusted to the City, and enhance revenue opportunities through procurement card rebates. The City may award a contract to the best service provider based on the qualifications presented, which may not offer the lowest prices for services.
