Description

Sealed bids for the drilling, construction, and testing of one Arapahoe aquifer water supply well for Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District No. 1, for municipal supply, will be received by Woodmoor Water and Sanitation District No. 1 at their office located at 1845 Woodmoor Drive, Monument, Colorado until 1:30 PM local time, April 17, 2025, and then publicly opened and read aloud. The well will be located at 17570 Muzzle Loader Way, Monument, CO 80132, generally in Section 13, Township 11 South, Range 67 West of the 6th P.M. The well will be completed in the Arapahoe aquifer. Work on this project is anticipated to commence no later than May 5, 2025 and proceed on a 24-hour basis during drilling and well completion. The project shall be substantially complete within 60 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued and finally complete within 90 calendar days after the Notice to Proceed is issued.

Representatives of Owner and Engineer will be present to answer questions.
