This Request for Bid (RFB) seeks qualified vendors for the provision, delivery and installation of an walk-in freezer for our Department of Nutrition located at 180 N. 8th Street Windsor CO 80550. The contractor will be preparing the pad and all requirements prior to delivery and will coordinate delivery times based on this preliminary work getting done. Vendors must also handle packaging disposal after setup.

This solicitation is funded in part by federal funds and, as such, is subject to additional transparency requirements. In compliance with these requirements, a public bid opening will be conducted to ensure an open and competitive process. The sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on February 12, 2025, at 1:00 PM MST at the Weld Re-4 School District Administration Building, 1020 Main Street, Windsor, CO 80550. All bids must be submitted electronically through BidNet by the deadline. Vendors are welcome to attend the bid opening. Late submissions will not be accepted or opened.
