Summary of Specifications:
Weld County seeks a solution that will provide an enterprise level Video Surveillance solution. The proposed solution includes all hardware, software and licensing of an enterprise Video Surveillance system. The proposed solution must integrate with our current Cisco Network Environment and be scalable for up to 500 cameras to accommodate the surveillance needs in 32 IP connected buildings. The proposed solution will include 50 interior dome style IP cameras.
The proposed solution will include the configuration of all hardware, software and virtual sensors for the entire system as well as installation of 5 cameras. All cabling and the 45 additional cameras will be installed by Weld County. This system will be used to monitor movement in and around the interior of county buildings. The system must be accessible from the County’s computer network.
The solution must be capable of PTZ, night vision, and motion activated sensors which will record pre and post motion of up to 30 seconds. Note: PTZ functionality is required however PTZ cameras will not be purchased with this RFP. Reporting, auditing, audio and video playback, including the ability to select a portion of the video clip, live streaming with multiple windows and sort capabilities including motion sensing is a requirement of the proposed system.
