Remove and dispose of (1) existing Multi-Stack 50 Ton liquid cooled chiller. Remove and dispose of (1) Cooling tower, associated piping, and all unnecessary material.

Provide and install (1) One York YLAA0058HJ17, with optional sound attenuation blankets on compressors. Crane, rigging, and all necessary re-piping for chiller connection provided by the contractor. Water balance of system by contractor when complete. Walk through will provide details of piping re-configuration.
