Weld County School District 6 (hereafter referred to as “the District”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to conduct a comprehensive Dependent Eligibility Audit for our self‑insured medical, dental, and vision benefit plans. The purpose of this audit is to verify that all dependents enrolled in our plans meet the eligibility criteria outlined in our benefit policies.
