Suppliers planning to submit proposals are REQUIRED to be represented at a pre-proposal site walk
through meeting for this RFP. The MANDATORY site walk throughs for this project will occur on
Tuesday, July 15, 2025, at 9:00 am (MDT).
In order to attend this mandatory site visit, Suppliers MUST RSVP by emailing Kelly Wooden at:
kwooden@uwyo.edu no later than twenty-four (24) hours prior to the start of the walk through and
provide the name(s), email(s), phone number(s) and title(s) of those who will be in attendance.
Individuals who are not registered to attend the site visits will not be permitted.
Any costs associated with attending this walk-through shall be the full responsibility of the
Supplier. Additionally, to limit group sizes Supplier attendees should be limited to only staff
necessary to bid on the project. Questions regarding walk through should be emailed to Kelly Wooden

The MANDATORY site walk through will begin at the College of Business Atrium promptly at 9:00am
(MDT). The walk through will then progress to other locations on Campus. Attendance will be taken
at each building.
