The Trustees of the University of Wyoming are seeking proposals from Certified Public Accounting firms (“Suppliers”) to provide annual audit services for a five-year period beginning with the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The audit engagement is subject to annual review and renewal by the University of Wyoming Board of Trustees. Forvis Mazars has previously provided these services. The term of that engagement will expire with the FY 2025 engagements, and it is in the best interest of the University to seek proposals in a competitive bid environment.

The University will only accept and consider electronically submitted proposals from Suppliers, which must be submitted and received in the www.bidnetdirect.com electronic solicitation portal on or before 2:00 p.m. MT on May 8, 2025, at which time the submission portal will close and no further submissions be allowed or considered. It is the sole responsibility of the Supplier to see that the response to the RFP is submitted through the BidNet portal by the submission deadline. Responses received after this date and time or outside of BidNet will be deemed non-responsive.
