EM2501 - Water Infiltration at Centennial Hall and Osborne Center

The project is for the emergency repairs to Centennial Hall specifically the lower-level vestibule and Curation Room [149] at the southeast corner of the building that has a history of leaks and water intrusion.
The project also includes emergency repairs to the Osborne Center. Specifically, the repair scope includes treating surface rust at the pedestrian bridge, repairing or replacing portions of exterior sidewalk around the building, repairing cracks and leaks in the lower-level foundation walls at mechanical rooms, reframing lower-level partition walls at recurring crack locations, and repairing settled interior slab on grade and the uneven raised access floor area in K-12 room [A-327].
