Scope of Work:
a. Reline approximately 936 feet of 8” clay sanitary sewer line, 1670 feet of 12” clay sanitary sewer lines, 80 feet of 12” corrugated metal stormwater pipeline, and 275 feet of 24” corrugated metal stormwater pipeline with a fiberglass ultraviolet or steam cured-in-place pipelining with minimal reduction of the inside diameter. Preparation of the pipeline will be done prior to lining including cleaning, removal of foreign material, root cutting, and any grinding of intruding taps or joint offsets to reinstate as much of the inside diameter as possible without damage to the pipe structure.
b. Reinstate approximately 30 existing 4”and/or 6” sanitary sewer service connections to the main post lining.
c. A pre and post inspection will be required to verify a proper seal of the liner and re-establishing sanitary service connections.
d. All repairs will need to be trenchless, as the existing lines may be inaccessible and in areas with limited to no excavation access.
e. Temporary sewer service/bypass shall be provided to residential homes and businesses during construction as needed, potentially including the acquisition and implementation of portable restrooms. Proposed procedures for providing temporary service to all affected customers, and proposed notification procedures for shutdowns, conversions to/from temporary sewer service, and emergencies must be included as part of this submittal.
f. Must provide traffic control for the impacted residential area, including job site protection and advanced notice when working near streets if necessary.
