Description

The Town of Windsor will require the services of a professional playground firm for the design and installation of a playground on the east side at Main Park. The goal of this RFP is to contract with a qualified firm who will agree to be available to provide quality, professional services in a timely manner to maximize efficiency. Applicant will submit a total fee proposal for performing the entire project as a lump sum. Please subdivide the work based on the scope of service below. Reimbursable expenses and hourly rates that occur outside of the described work can be submitted on a separate page in the
proposal package.

The Town of Windsor will be receiving sealed proposals, marked on the outside with the name of bidder, bidder’s address and proposal number, at the office of the Community Recreation Center, 250 N. 11th Street, Windsor CO 80550 until 12:00pm Mountain Standard Time, Friday, January 24th 2025, at which time proposals will be registered, but not publicly opened, to consider contracting for design and construction of a playground at Main Park East.
