Additional Bidding Instructions

Bids will be accepted until Thursday, August 21st at 3:00 pm at which time bids will be opened and read aloud at Meeker Town Hall, 345 Market Street in Meeker, CO. Bids will be awarded by the Board of Trustees at their regularly scheduled meeting on September 5th at 7:00 pm.

The Town reserves the right to reject or accept any and all bids. Each proposal shall be reviewed and considered consistent with the provisions of the Town of Meeker Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual.

Bids may be submitted online at bidnetdirect.com/Colorado/townofmeeker or mailed or hand delivered to 345 Market Street, Meeker, CO 81641 as sealed bids and must be labeled "Security System Bid". For more information contact Ed Thompson, Police Chief at 970-878-5344.
