2026-01 - Northwest Business Park Geothermal Design

The Town of Hayden is requesting qualifications from experienced Mechanical Engineers or Mechanical Design-Build Mechanical Contractors (“Firm”) to provide HVAC design services for buildings constructed within the Northwest Business Park. As buildings are developed, the selected firm will design geothermal HVAC systems, including borefield layout, mechanical room layouts, hydronic distribution, airside systems, controls integration, and coordination with the geothermal district loop.
