Description

The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) is to receive competitive proposals for qualifications-based selection of a contractor to provide professional services and support for the Town of Eagle’s operational and broadband network. The Town of Eagle is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive Network Operations Center (NOC) services. The selected vendor will be responsible for monitoring, managing, and supporting the Town's network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. The selected vendor will be an extension of the Town’s IT and Broadband divisions, and an escalation point for most network issues.
