The Town of Breckenridge is issuing a request for proposals for an Architectural Firm experienced in design opportunities that support educational architecture specifically early learning and childcare facilities, with an emphasis on functionality, safety, and developmental needs.

Deliverables:

1. During this initial phase, we would like to evaluate options to increase the capacity of the center:
   1. Expanding the building envelope and repurposing existing space
   2. Remodel of existing space to enhance the number of classrooms
2. Deliverables include:
   1. Rough Schematic drawing of additional space and or remodel layout
   2. Cost Estimate
3. Progress meetings with the Town and building users
4. Decision point to select the preferred design
