The Town of Timnath requests Proposals from qualified Contractors for with demonstrated professional competence and experience to provide for the fleet vehicle maintenance and light repair services as specified in the Specifications. The awarded contractor(s) must be located within fifteen (15) road miles of Timnath Town Center or Timnath Police Department and have a location of suitable size and personnel to handle the repair and maintenance of the fleet vehicles without undue delay. Timnath Town Center is located at 4750 Signal Tree Drive, Timnath, CO 80547. Timnath Police Department is located at 5601 E Harmony Road, Timnath, CO 80547. The proposal should consider a multi-year approach: the awarded Contractor(s) will have the opportunity to update their pricing and available services annual upon extension.

Additional Bidding Instructions

Interested Contractors shall provide at least the following information:

RFP Cover Page, completed and signed by the Contractor’s authorized signatory.
Additional contact information including name(s), business address(es), phone number(s), and email address(es) of other applicable points of contact for the requirement as applicable.
Copy of Certificate of Fact of Good Standing for the State of Colorado.
A statement of availability of the Contractor to undertake the Scope.
A detailed approach to providing the proposed Scope. Approach should address numbers 1-12 from the Scope section above.
Relevant experience, detailing the scope, for the same or similar projects within the past five (5) years. (E.g., similar fleet size, vehicles, requested services, etc.)
References from at least three (3) current or recent projects for the same or similar services within the past five (5) years.
Pricing for the required products and/or services:
- Proposal shall indicate the costs/rates (or cost/rate ranges) for available services offered by the Contractor. The Contractor does not need to offer all requested services to be considered. Pricing should be calculated based on the year, make, and model of the vehicles provided by the Town. Pricing for supplies/parts not included in the offered services will be provided by the Contractor at time of service. The attached Pricing Sheet may be used to provide costs/rates.
