Description

The Town of Timnath, Colorado, invites responsible parties to submit a proposal to provide a centrally managed IP-based security camera and either IP-based or analog physical access control solution in its office locations. The location for this proposal would be the Town’s Public Works/Parks facility with potential future expansion to two additional facilities. The three locations are as follows:

      Public Works/Parks Facility, 4800 Goodman Street, Timnath, CO 80547
      Town Center, 4750 Signal Tree Drive, Timnath, CO 80547
      Police Department, 5601 Harmony Road, Timnath, CO 80547

The two additional sites are contingent on future funding availability. This may be a multi-year project.

A statement of the availability of the firm to undertake the project.
A timeline detailing the time frame for completion of the project.
Resumes, specific duties and responsibility commitments for individuals working on the project.
List of members of the project team detailing roles in the project.
Description of your approach to providing the proposed services, to give the Town the opportunity to understand your process and/or product(s).
Relevant Experience, including the scope, for at least three (3) same or similar projects within the past five (5) years.
References from at least three (3) current or recent projects for the same or similar services within the past five (5) years.
