Interested Contractors shall provide at least the following information:

1. Introduction (not included in page count):
   1. RFP Cover Page, completed and signed by the Contractor’s authorized signatory;
   2. Additional contact information including name(s), business address(es), phone number(s), and email address(es) of other applicable points of contact for the requirement; and
   3. Copy of Certificate of Fact of Good Standing for the State of Colorado.
2. Cover Letter:
   The cover letter should include the name and contact information of the individual who will serve as project manager, a statement of availability of the Contractor to undertake the Scope, and a summary of the Contractor’s qualifications.
3. Overview and Background:
   This section should include a brief overview of the Contractor’s origin, background, and size; an organizational chart; the overall capabilities of the organization; appropriate credentials, licenses, and certifications; and proximity of Contractor’s resources to Timnath.
4. Experience:
   This section should include relevant experience detailing the Contractor’s expertise for similar projects within the past five (5) years. See RFP attachment for full requirements.
5. References:
   Provide references from at least three (3) current or recent projects for the same or similar services within the past five (5) years.
6. Technical Approach:
   This section should explain the proposed methodology that will be used and demonstrate a clear understanding of the project’s objectives. See RFP attachment for full requirements.
7. Project Team:
   This section should provide a profile of individual team members that will be assigned to research and develop the brand. See RFP attachment for full requirements.
8. Project Schedule:
   Outline the anticipated schedule of the project, including milestones and deliverables, ideally broken down by each major step of the process. Suggestions for how to keep the project on track and efficient are welcome.
9. Projected Costs:
   The Proposal should contain all pricing information relative to performing project expectations as described in the RFP, including the not limited to the number of meetings with stakeholders, travel expenses and document production costs. If the price excludes certain fees or charges, please provide a complete explanation of the nature of those fees.
