The Town of Superior is interested in retaining the services of a design consultant or team of consultants with experience in planning and design of outdoor public pool facilities. The services requested will include, but not be limited to assessment of current conditions, community engagement, schematic design, design development, construction documents, construction observation and cost/budget preparation. Superior's 165,000 gallon, 8-lane outdoor community pool was constructed 24 years ago and is in need of a major renovation.
