Construction of approximately 2,600 feet of new roadway from Cottonwood Drive to proposed Aurora Parkway. Included with the roadway construction but not limited to, will be approximately 7,100 tons of hot mix asphalt pavement, 20,100 cubic yards of unclassified excavation, 5,200 cubic yards of aggregate base course, 975 feet of storm sewer drainage (18” and 24”) improvements, 5,000 feet of curb and gutter, 1,400 feet of water line (6” and 12”), concrete box work, and 4,600 square yards of sidewalk. In addition, the typical associated inlets, signing, pavement markings, erosion control, seeding/mulch and traffic control will be included.
