Reconstruction of west bound Stroh Road between J Morgan Boulevard and Parker Road. Work includes but is not limited to 9,000 square yards of concrete pavement removal; 3,600 cubic yards of unclassified excavation; 3,600 cubic yards of aggregate base course; and 5,100 tons of hot mix asphalt. In addition, there is also associated manhole adjustments, valve box adjustments, erosion control, pavement markings and traffic control necessary to complete the program.
