2026-PW-03 - TOPS 2026 Paving

The Town of Pagosa Springs Public Works Department, Streets Division, would like to mill and overlay or reclaim and overlay, or overlay some high traffic roads this year.
Zuni Street (S 8th St to S 10th St and S 6th St to S 5th St): Mill and repave a 4” unreinforced mat or a 3” reinforced mat for approximately 1000’ in length at 24’ wide plus quantity of 6- 40’ by 15’ alley approaches, approximately 2667 sq yards.
Hillcrest Drive:  Mill and repave a 4” unreinforced mat or a 3” reinforced mat for approximately 700’ in length at 24’ wide, approximately 1867 sq yards.
Loma Street: Mill and repave a 4” unreinforced mat or a 3” reinforced mat for approximately 250’ in length at 24’ wide, approximately 800 sq yards.
Pike Drive: Mill and repave a 4” unreinforced mat or a 3” reinforced mat for approximately 480’ in length at 24’ wide, approximately 1280 sq yards.
Loma St: Mill and repave a 4” unreinforced mat or a 3” reinforced mat for approximately 550’ in length at 24’ wide, approximately 1467 sq yards.
