2024-007 - Land Use Code Major Update - 2024

The Town is requesting proposals from planning consultant firms with substantial experience in developing and drafting land development regulations in order to update and modernize the Town’s existing Land Use Code (the “Code”). The intent of the Code update (the “Code Update” and/or the “Project”) is to update and modernize requirements, standards, and guidelines; simplify and streamline the review and entitlement processes; and improve the overall usability of the Code.  While it is anticipated that the Code Update will be substantial, the intent is to maintain the existing Code’s overall format and structure.
