The Town of Mead, Colorado is requesting proposals for Custodial Services at four locations: Town Hall (441 Third Street), the Police Facility (537 Main Street), Community Center (401 3rd Street), and the Public Works Facility (1341 Weld County Road 34). The Contractor shall provide custodial cleaning services for Town buildings, including, without limitation, office space, restrooms and showers, eating areas and kitchens, elevators, corridors, lobbies, conference rooms, exterior entrances, and any and all customer, employee, and public spaces contained within Town buildings.
