The Town of Lyons and Town of Jamestown ("Towns") are hereby requesting sealed bids in response to this Invitation for Bids ("IFB").  This specific project will elevate four properties, with two in Lyons, at 109 Park Street and 401 2nd Avenue, and two in Jamestown, at 40 Main Street and 99 Main Street.
The lowest bid for each structure will be selected, which may result in multiple contract awards.  At most, four contracts may be issued, one for each structure elevation.  At a minimum, two contracts will be required with each Town's specific contract agreement.

    An optional Pre-Bid Meeting will be held to visit both the Jamestown & Lyons structures.  The meeting will begin in the Lyons Town Hall at 432 5th Ave., Lyons CO at 1:00pm, on December 11, 2017.  The meeting will then continue from Lyons to the Jamestown Town Hall at 118 Main St., Jamestown, CO at 3:00pm.  Please RSVP by email to philip.strom@longmontcolorado.gov

Bids are due at the Lyons Town Hall Front Desk for time and date recording and verification on or before 2:00pm, January 12, 2018.

The TOWN will only accept proposals in bound hard copy format and does not accept proposals submitted via fax, email, or other electronic means.  Proposals are to be submitted in a sealed package with the following outside the envelope:
