ITB-BM-5 - Water Treatment Plant and Southern Distribution Loop

Summary of Specifications:
1.01 GENERAL STATEMENT OF WORK The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of labor and materials, and equipment for the construction and installation of: 1. Installing a new well pump, drop pipe, power and control cables, and appurtenances in the existing Well AR-3. 2. New Water Treatment Plant yard piping, site grading, and site work. 3. New Water Treatment Plant prefabricated steel building, foundation, raw water basin, and backwash waste basin. 4. Raw water pumps, prefabricated filter equipment, chemical feed systems, and associated internal piping and appurtenances. 5. Backwash waste pumps, wastewater ejector system, associated force mains and appurtenances. 6. Electrical, instrumentation, and control systems including telemetry fiber optics in existing conduits. 7. Water distribution improvements including the Southern Distribution Loop, Railroad crossing, and new pressure reducing valve system and vault.
