The Town of Larkspur, CO, a home-rule community, is seeking bids to construct a sidewalk system through our town park and streets. The project aims to enhance pedestrian safety and accessibility within our community.

Scope of Work:

1. Construction of sidewalks in designated areas of the town park and streets.
2. Installation of necessary infrastructure such as curbs, ramps, and crosswalks to ensure compliance with ADA requirements.
3. Coordination with the Town of Larkspur to obtain required permits and approvals.

Bid Submission Requirements:

1. Detailed breakdown of costs, including materials, labor, equipment, and any associated fees.
2. Proposed timeline for completion of the project.
3. Evidence of relevant experience and qualifications in similar construction projects.

This will be a sealed bid. All bids must be received (either snail-mail or hand delivered in a sealed envelope) by March 11, 2024, at the Town Clerk's office at 8720 Spruce Mountain Rd., Larkspur, CO 80118. Late submissions may not be considered.

Site visits may be coordinated in advance as needed/requested. Special consideration will be made to service-disabled Veteran-owned small businesses.
