The Town desires to receive a clear, concise, economical presentation of the vendor's proposal. Bidders should submit the following:

PDF of the signed bid packet
PDF of the completed and signed Bid Proposal Form (page 1 and 2)
PDF of the contractor work plan (see Summary of Work)
PDF of signed bid addenda

All contents of the Bid Proposal shall be enclosed in an opaque, sealed envelope and addressed to:

The envelope shall clearly identify the Bid Number, Title and Date submitted to the Town. The Bidder shall also include its name and address on the outside of the envelope.
