A MANDATORY PRE-BID CONFERENCE will be held on Monday August 1, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 10:00
a.m.(MDT) at the project site 100 N. Perry St. Castle Rock, CO. 80104 . All interested General Contractors are
required to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference. If a representative from your company is not present and does
not sign the pre-bid conference sign in sheet that company will not be allowed to bid on the project.
