IFB-SK-2016-9 - Park Concrete Sidewalk Replacement

Summary of Specifications:
To remove, dispose and replace damaged sections of eight-foot wide six inch thick concrete sidewalks as shown in the attached photos and maps. The project will require the contractor to protect in place existing improvements and landscaping to preconstruction conditions. Replacements will be occurring at: 

Butterfield Park - 3952 W. Butterfield Crossing Dr. Castle Rock, CO 80104. Approximately 292 SY concrete sidewalk removal and replacement 

Founders Park - 4671 Enderud Blvd. Castle Rock, CO 80104. Approximately 608 SY concrete sidewalk removal and replacement. Approximately 287 SY concrete sidewalk removal only 

Memmen Ridge Trail - 1100 South St, Castle Rock, CO 80104 (Behind South Elementary School). Approximately 204 SY concrete sidewalk removal and replacement. Major project components include: Final grade preparation and concrete flat work. Contractor will provide in their bids material and soil testing following Town standards and guidelines for concrete sidewalk work. Technical Specifications are included in the RFP packet. Contractor to supply a construction duration schedule (working days) for each area; this will be part of the bid evaluation criteria and will determine the contracted completion date. Contractor must be familiar and comply with the regulations of and coordination with Town of Castle Rock.
