Summary of Specifications:
The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to invite prospective vendors to submit a proposal to provide the Town of Castle Rock Human Resources (HR) division with tools which will assist all management and HR staff in maintaining and managing HR assets as efficiently and cost effectively as possible. Through improved information management and process examination, the Town of Castle Rock will improve Human Resource systems needed to manage and analyze workforce information to help the Town be more efficient, be able to plan and develop our workforce, and to enhance our ability to proactively identify and correct deficiencies in those areas. Staff and management will be supported by complete, real time, easily accessible data to enhance their ability to make proactive decisions in efforts to maximize availability, usage, and cost effectiveness of resources. The Town of Castle Rock is accepting proposals for the purchase of software for an HCM system capable of storing, managing, and providing management reports on all information pertaining to Human Resource assets. Vendor must provide the ability to map existing data from the Town’s current HR Systems to provide a database as the primary record keeping solution for the management of HR assets. Vendor must perform conversion of present data.
